J.Ellis Football are delighted to welcome Connor Hannon to the team!
Connor joins us with the remit of raising our online presence and sharing the great work that happens on the grass each week at all of our services.
Connor is a 19 year old university student studying Multimedia Sports Journalism at Bournemouth University. He was appointed Head of Media for Poole Town in the summer of 2024.
Since taking on the role, Poole’s media presence and content output has increased significantly. Connor was the driving force behind the implementation of the brand new state-of-the-art website and live radio commentary at the club.
Alongside this, he also runs his own self-employed business in media management named CHDMedia; as well as sports writing for The Bournemouth Echo.
Together at J.Ellis Football, we will aim to increase content output and grow all of our social media platforms.
We will implement a short-form content media strategy boosting platforms such as TikTok and Instagram so stay tuned in the coming months!
Participants and parents can expect to seen Connor in particular at our Friday Night Football and Representative matches. Please make sure you say hello!
