J.Ellis Football complete their first ever fixtures!
It was a brilliant night under the lights at Littledown, both for the fact it was our first ever game, but also with an incredible amount raised for our Jordan Chiedozie fundraiser.
New Milton Town Robins are a club that James Ellis has worked with through our bespoke club service, and both teams that came along represented their club incredibly.
The first fixture saw members from our ‘Youngers’ Friday Night Football team come up against a group that have been playing grassroots football together for years, with our representative team showing elements of our DNA Coaching philosophy in an abundance.
Following this, our ‘Olders’ battled with New Milton’s group led by Roy Saines & Simon Couch - two local coaches that have experienced our J.Ellis CPD, both of whom were very complimentary about our participants effort, application & ability.
Within the fixtures, we saw an outstanding solo goal from Dede through a half-volley just outside the box, as well as player of the match performances from Mia in the first match between the sticks, and Solomon in the second, who’s infectious energy was clear to see.
Each team was captained brilliantly by Dylan and Gabriel, two members of FNF that have been with us for over two years!
James said:

Our participants and parents have been crying out for us to expand our services into matches, and I’m so pleased we finally have done so.
I’m looking forward to giving the participants more experience of matches as we build on this side more so over the coming months and into Q2 of 2025”.
